Imagine an afterschool program where your child can’t wait to come each day. They walk
in with excitement and leave with a smile - maybe even singing a song they just learned or
proudly showing off something they created. Step inside and you’ll hear the happy sounds
of laughter, curiosity, and connection.
Welcome to our very first year of Ckids After School - a warm, engaging, and values-
driven program designed for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Running Monday
through Friday from school dismissal until 5:30 PM (Fridays until 4:30 PM), our program
offers a safe and inspiring environment filled with hands-on activities, Jewish learning,
sports, art, dinner, and more.
Whether your family is deeply involved in Jewish life or just beginning to explore it, your
child will feel at home here. No synagogue membership is required, and all are welcome.

Meet the Directors
Rabbi Shmulik & Yael Moscowitz
Rabbi Shmulik and Yael Moscowitz bring a shared passion for Jewish education,
community building, and creating joyful, meaningful experiences for children and families.
Originally from Chicago and São Paulo, Shmulik and Yael served for four years as Chabad
emissaries in Flagstaff, Arizona, where they directed Hebrew School of the Arts and
Camp Canyon - two beloved programs where children couldn’t wait to come, explore,
learn, and connect. They also led the Jewish student center at Northern Arizona
University, bringing warmth and Jewish life to students and the broader community.
For the past five years, they have lived in São Paulo, Brazil, where they co-directed
community programming and helped launch and grow Alef Bait Center, a thriving Jewish
preschool that started with zero students and now welcomes over 60 children. Alongside
their work in early childhood education, they taught engaging Torah classes, organized
community events, and supported families on their Jewish journey.
Now, with warmth, creativity, and a deep commitment to every child’s growth, Rabbi
Shmulik and Yael are bringing their experience and energy to Ckids After School at
Chabad of West Boca Raton. They are excited to create a space where children
thrive - emotionally, socially, and Jewishly - every single day after school.
Shmulik and Yael are also the proud parents of six wonderful children, who inspire and
ground their work each and every day.
